Event Related to CLAT 2016 Dates Application form submission 01 Jan 2016 to 31 Mar 2016 Download CLAT 2016 Admit Card 15 Apr 2016 Date of exam 8 May 2016 Publication of answer keys 12 May 2016 Declaration of CLAT 2016 Result 23 May 2016 CLAT 2015 Eligibility Criteria The Applicants appearing for the CLAT exam 2015 must fulfill the eligibility criteria before appearing for the exam. The details of the eligibility criteria are mentioned below: For UG Courses The Applicants appearing for the exam must have passed/appearing in the class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board and should have scored an aggregate of 45% and 40% in case of reserved category. The candidate appearing for the CLAT exam 2015 should be below 20 years (22 years in case of SC/ST/PD) of age as on 1st July 2015. As per the latest order by the court and the official there is no upper age limit to apply the CLAT examination. For PG Courses The Applicants appearing for CLAT 2015 must have obtained a LL.B degree or any other equivalent degree as mentioned in the guidelines of the exam conducting authority. The Applicants must have scored minimum of 55% aggregate in the LL.B program or any other equivalent degree course, for reserved category Applicants the percentage criteria is 50%. The Applicants who have passed the qualifying exam with supplementary or compartment are also eligible, but they have to submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination with 55/50% or as applicable. CLAT Exam Pattern; For UG Courses Reasoning – 40 Q Legal Aptitude – 50 Q English & Comprehension – 40 Q Elementary Mathematics – 20 Q General Knowledge and Current Affairs – 50 Q For PG Courses; Constitutional Law – 50 Q Jurisprudence – 50 Q Other law subjects – 50 Q |
