Letter from VTU university

I have studied BE from GVIT college affiliated to VTU . i need letter from university saying i have studied the course in english medium. can some one please let me know the procedure?

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is a collegiate Public State University established by the Government of Karnataka. Apart from a few exceptions, it has authority over engineering education all over the state of Karnataka. It is a statutory requirement for colleges offering any program in engineering or technology in the state to be affiliated with the university.

The Application form for Migration Certificate for Autonomous Colleges of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) is as follows:





Documents Required for VTU Migration Certificate - for students of Autonomous Colleges:

Attested photocopy of Degree Certificate (or)
Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) (or)
Copies of all semester mark cards.
Academic record of student recommended by the college for issuing Migration certificate as per Annexure-1

VTU Migration Certificate Application Fee - for students of Autonomous colleges:

D.D Rs. 1500/- if admitted to the University in India
D.D Rs. 5000/- if admitted to the Foreign University
