NIMS University; Jaipur Rajasthan was established under The Nims University Rajasthan, Jaipur Act,2008 enacted by the Government of Rajasthan, and duly acknowledged by the UGC as well as Apex Level Regulating Councils. Please find the letter of approval by UGC for NIMS University attached below  The Distance Education programs of Nims University are recognized by the joint committee constituted by the UGC, the Distance Education Council (DEC) and the AICTE.
