Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited pay scale for Executive Trainee positions are as given below:

Executive Trainee

Pay scale;
After successful completion of training the Executive trainees will be considered for appointment to the posts of Process Engineer/Plant Engineer/ Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer as the case may be, on an initial basic pay of Rs. 25475/- per mensum in the scale of pay of Rs.25475- 56920 (Provisional) plus DA and other allowances.

In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 year after completion of training.
