I need the application form of post graduation all india entrance test of KLE university. Will provide me the application form and also tell me the cost of the application form?

The KLE University conducts the Post-Graduate All India Entrance-Test-2012 (KLE-PGAIET-2012). The last date for online summation of the application form was on 21st January 2012. The Last date of receipt of completed application for along with the requisite fee photograph and other documents by the University was on 25th January 2012. The exam was held on 28th January 2012. The application form was removed from the official web site of the KLE University.
