JEE Main Exam Eligibility Conditions

I have got 68% in 12th class . Am i eligible for the JEE Main exam ?

Yes definitely after completing class 12th
with 68% marks , you are eligible to appear in the JEE Main exam

JEE Main is the first stage of the Joint entrance Examination, the two tier examination for the engineering undergraduate admissions to the NITS as well as a number of leading private universities and institutes.

Eligibility Criteria :

Aspirants must have passed in final examination of class XII or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination.

Aspirants must score a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate that is 60% overall percentage including Physics,chemistry and Maths

Aspirants in class XII final or equivalent examination in 2015 may also appear in JEE Mains 2015 examination provisionally.

Aspirants must have passed 5 subjects in their Class XII.

Aspirants passed Class XII in 2012 or before are not eligible to appear in JEE Main examination

Aspirants’ date of birth should be on or after October 1, 1990

Aspirants can attempt JEE Main for a maximum of three times.

Paper 1 - First week of April, 2015
