Indian Institute of Science Part Time PhD
After completing my post-graduation from one of the best Universities in my town I am making up my mind to complete my PhD from IIS (Indian Institute of Science ) keeping in mind its excellent academicals background the equality of learning, so kindly provide me with some of the help regarding this course in specified University.

Indian Institute of Science is a public university for scientific research and higher education located in Bangalore, India. It was established in 1909 with active support from Jamsetji Tata it is also locally known as the "Tata Institute" PART-TIME PhD A student in this category is a professionally employed person (including the staff of IIT Guwahati), who pursues the PhD Programme while continuing the duties of his/her service. The Institute does not provide any assistantship/fellowship to such a student. Admission Requirement Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences/Veterinary Sciences/Pharmacy in a relevant area with aminimum Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 6.5 or 60% of marks. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/Medical Sciences in arelevant area with a minimum CPI of 7.5 or 70% of marks. Bachelor's degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in a relevant area with a minimum CPI of 7.0. Applicant having MSc degree with Mathematics as a subject at bachelor's level is also considered for admission in the Department of Civil Engineering. Applicant with MSc in a relevant area is also considered for admission to the Department of Biotechnology. A regular student of IIT Guwahati who is continuing his/her MTech studies and having a minimum CPI of 8.0 at the end of second semester Documents Required The following documents are to be furnished along with the application by candidates falling under Sponsored, Project Staff, Part-time and External categories: Form I:Sponsorship letter for Sponsored category. Form II:No objection certificate from Dean (R&D), IIT Guwahati, for Project Staff category Form III:No objection certificate from the employer for Part-time category.
