IIST Ac ISAT

I want to do B.Tech course from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) so I have to apply for the ISAT Entrance Exam to get admission in it so please tell me how can I apply for this exam? Give me details about the eligibility required to apply for it?
