IIM Calcutta FPM Stipend

I am the student of the Fellow-Doctoral Program of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and want to apply for the stipend so please tell me how can I apply for this? Give me the procedure to get the stipend from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta?
