IBPS PO Average Salary

I have qualified the Probationary Officer exam conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection . What is the salary structure given to Probationary Officer who
qualified the IBPS bank PO exam ? What are the extra allowances have been given?

Hello sir, is there any one can tell me what is amount of average salary in IBPS for PO post? Please provide me salary offered by IBPS to PO employee?

IBPS PO's salary or Bank Probationary officer's starting salary in most of public sector banks and even in some private banks is same.

The latest revision of salary of Bank PO / Bank Probationary officers has taken place wef 1st November, 2012.

All newly recruited POs are placed in the following scale at the 1st stage of the same.

Scale I - 23700 -(980 7 ) -30560 -(1145 2 ) -32850 -(1310 7) - 42020

Probationary Officer (PO) is a starting level post of an officer in a bank. So you will have kept under approx 1 to 2 years of probation period is also called a training period.
