Sr.No. Name of Tests (Objective) Maximum Marks 1 Test of English Language 40 2 Test of Reasoning 40 3 Test of Numerical Ability 40 4 Test of General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry40 5 Test of Computer Knowledge 40 1. Reasoning On this reasoning part there will be verbal & nonverbal reasoning questions. Generally, the type of questions that are asked in this part can be made us into decision making, analogy, blood relations, syllogism sitting arrangement, statement reasoning and series completion. 2. 2. English Language English language proficiency is examined in the IBPS Clerk Written Exam under the following grounds: 3. •Passage correction 4. •Reading comprehension 5. •Rearrangement 6. •Error detection 7. •Idioms & phrases 8. •Active& passive voice 9. 10. 3. Numerical Ability You will not be questioned like as a graduate or postgraduate level in the numerical capability part. It will be asked to test for your general power. Therefore, getting your basics right up to standard 10th will be enough while planning for IBPS Clerk Written Exam. Most of the questions that are asked in this numerical ability part are like •Arithmetic part includes permutation & combination, numbers, percentage, probability, time and distance, logs, etc. •Data interpretation involving interpreting charts & tables. 4. As you are looking for the syllabus of IPBS Clerk exam so here it is as follows IPBS Clerk Syllabus: There are five subjects are included in IBPS Clerk Online Exam as English Language, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge.
