1. Reasoning On this reasoning part there will be verbal & nonverbal reasoning questions. Generally, the type of questions that are asked in this part can be made us into decision making, analogy, blood relations, syllogism sitting arrangement, statement reasoning and series completion.


2. 2. English Language English language proficiency is examined in the IBPS Clerk Written Exam under the following grounds:

10. 3. Numerical Ability You will not be questioned like as a graduate or postgraduate level in the numerical capability part. It will be asked to test for your general power. Therefore, getting your basics right up to standard 10th will be enough while planning for IBPS Clerk Written Exam. Most of the questions that are asked in this numerical ability part are like

•Arithmetic part includes permutation & combination, numbers, percentage, probability, time and distance, logs, etc. •Data interpretation involving interpreting charts & tables.

4. General Awareness This part is conducted to test for general knowledge. The questions are related to banking knowledge & current events. The marks for current affairs are more than compared to banking.

5. Computer Knowledge In this part, the questions are mostly related to basics of hardware, software and Computer Knowledge.

As you are looking for the syllabus of IPBS Clerk exam so here it is as follows

IPBS Clerk Syllabus:

There are five subjects are included in IBPS Clerk Online Exam as English Language, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Computer Knowledge.

English Language:
Passive voice, direct-indirect speech, phrases and idioms, synonyms, antonyms, sentence completion, word formation and the topic comprehension means deriving conclusion, theme detection, passage completion and the topic Rearrangement of passage, spelling, etc.

Reasoning:
Verbal Reasoning: word formation, series, decoding & coding, blood relation, symbol & notation, statement & conclusion, sitting arrangement and problem solving, classification, analogy, decision making, etc.

Non-verbal Reasoning: series completion, finding any missing figure and classification etc.

Numerical Ability:
Roots, average, ratio, time & work, time & distance, percentage, profit & loss, mixture, stocks & shares, partnership, clocks, volume & surface area, height & distances, logarithms, permutation & combination, simple & compound interest, in equations & equations and probability, bar graphs, pie charts, line graphs and tabulation etc.

General Awareness:
Basically current affairs questions related of India and its neighbor countries like politics, history, banking, culture, geography, economy, techniques and sports

Computer Knowledge:
This section include questions of basic computer topics like MS office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, E-commerce, the basic computer architecture, terminology, EFT systems, acronyms etc.
