Provide important dates when the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) will organize Kisan Mela? Is there ant official notification released for this year Kisan Mela? If ,there is a notification released, pls provide it to me immediately. Is there any pass system to get entry or anyone can get entry in the Kisan Mela of IARI?
