The Human Relations Conference provides attendees with new approaches and ideas to expand the diversity within their locals, firehouses and communities.

This conference is ideal for affiliate leaders, human relations committee members and other fire service/EMS representatives who are interested in the advancement of human relations initiatives.

Ernest A. "Buddy" Mass Human Relations Conference (HRC) held on January 28-31, 2018.

This years ALTS/HRC welcomed over 1,600 members and offered eight pre-conference workshops, 141 breakouts and 27 information sessions.

Workshop presentations and handouts are available through the IAFF Frontline App under the ALTS/HRC event tab.

The Vincent J. Bollon Affiliate Leadership Training Summit (ALTS) is the IAFFs foremost educational conference and offers a wide selection of workshops designed to help affiliate leaders be more effective in their roles and to help build their local unions.

It offers the knowledge, skills and resources affiliate leaders need to strengthen their unions and ensure a better, safer and more effective fire service.
