Can you tell me how can I improve my spoken English and communication skills as I feel my bad English hampers my confidence?

To improve spoken English and communication skills follow the below given steps:

Speak English at every opportunity
It will not sound perfect at first as its like driving – initially, the traffic lights and other vehicles around you will scare you but after some practice, you can do it without thinking.

Listen to others speaking English
Listen radio or the television or a movie or a colleague or teacher who speaks good English as it will help you improve pronunciation and accent.

Do not translate from your native language to English
Never ever try to translate English from your native tongue. This ways can never help you out.

Do not lose confidence
It is common to lose confidence initially, but if you watch your graph of improvement, no matter how tiny, it will keep up your motivation.

Keep it simple
Reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary – they will all come in due course. Your goal is to speak better English.

And most of all, have fun while learning
If you feel learning English as a fun contest or race, the sooner you will reach the end.
