The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is conducting an internal/external recruitment process to fill the following corporate vacancy:

Job Title: Capital Project & Portfolio Manager

City/County: Lansing/Ingham County

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Pay Grade and Rate: Grade 5; $70,550 to $95,450

Business Unit: Legal & Compliance; Capital Access

Supervisor: Christopher Cook, Director of Capital Access

Eligibility-

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Law

Minimum Experience Required:

Four to six years progressive experience as a commercial credit underwriter, loan portfolio manager, commercial loan relationship manager, or tax credit or structured finance project manager within a related government program

Preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate experience with Brownfield Redevelopment Authorities, New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Tax Increment Financing
