I want to know that how can I obtain the domicile of WB and will you please provide me colleges of engineering in west Bengal because I want to do engineering from there ?

For getting domicile of WB you need to visit your local municipal corporation office.

You will have to go with your voter card, ration card and address proof to get into the process of getting the domicile certificate.

Kindly accompany your father/mother when you visit and ask them to carry their proof of resident and I-card as well.
