The Coal India Limited selects the candidates based on written test and interview.

Successful Candidates in written test will be qualified for Personal Interview in the ratio 1:3.

Written Test consists of two objective type papers such as Paper-I & Paper-II.

Paper-1 is an Aptitude paper, covering General Awareness & Aptitude and

Paper-2 is a Technical Aptitude in the relevant discipline for which the candidates applies

Both contain 100 questions of 100 marks and these 200 questions are to be answered in 3 hours.
