Hi I want to do my engineering so can you please tell me that which is better that is the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak or the UPTU???

The UPTU has good infrassatructure as compared to the Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak

The UPTU also has its own engineering entrance exam
