What is the Difference between BC and OBC, from Which Caste Kashyap belong to, please provide here???

BC stands for backward class
OBC stands for other backward class

BC-Backward class people is a joint term, used by the Government of India, for castes which are efficiently and publicly disadvantaged and face, or may have faced discrimination on account of birth.

OBCs - Other Backward Classes are described as "socially and educationally backward classes", and government is enjoined to ensure their social and educational development.

The Kashyap Rajput is a Hindu caste and Sikh caste found in the states of Haryana and Punjab in India.
