BA=BC-3

we can write this one as A+10B =C+10B -3

i.e A=C-3

sum of digits A+B+C=9 an A=C-3

possibilities

2 2 5

1 4 4

so C can take {5,4}

3 0 6 also satisfies those two conditions but BA and BC won't be 2 digit numbers as B=is 0 ( I think 6 also not correct answer )

For 21 question answer is 1hr 15 minutes ( not 2.5hrs)
