How to get All India Secondary School Examination exam result, please provide procedure???

All India Secondary School Examination (also known as AISSE) is a centralized public examination that students (belonging to CBSE-Affiliated schools) in India take up after class 10.
The Central Board of Secondary Education conducts the AISSE during the period of March–April every year.
