Introduction
The West Bengal University of Technology (WBUTech) lanched in August 5, 2000. Presently, the University is running by an Advisory commission established by the Chancellor under the advice of the Government of West Bengal, as per necessity transitory provisions of the Act. The University has been agreed the associating University position with its legal power surrounding the entire state of West Bengal. the Governor of the state of West Bengal would be the ex-officio Chancellor of the University.
