The Faculty of Medical Science, University Of Delhi DU offer admission to Ayurvedacharya (BAMS) 5½ years Course for the academic year 2017-18.
Admission to BAMS course will be done on the basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET Exam.

No of Seats- 40& (Foreign Students-4 Seats)
Eligibility Criteria-
For 85% D.U. Quota
The candidates must have passed Intermediate/Senior School Certificate Examination(C.B.S.E.)/ Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years course) with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and English or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the University with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and has also passed English from the recognised school conducting regular classes (except Patrachar Vidhyalaya & Open School) situated within the NCT of Delhi only.
SC/ST/OBC categories must obtain 40% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth Board examination.
The candidates belonging to General PwD category must have secured a minimum of 45% marks, PwD-SC/PwD-ST/PwD-OBC categories must have obtained a minimum 40% marks in qualifying examination i.e. class XIIth examination.
The candidate who has passed Sanskrit as a subject at the qualifying examination will be exempted from taking Sanskrit in 1st Prof. BAMS Course.
Age limit:
The candidates should have completed the age of 17 (seventeen) years.
Application Fee:
By Hand against a crossed M.I.C.R. Demand Draft only drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi for 750/-
For General/OBC Categories : RS 750/-
For SC/ST/PWD Categories: RS 550/-
Application fee can be paid upto (Monday) on all working days (Monday to Friday).
