Question: I want to do MBA and now pursuing B.Sc Information technology. Can I do the program?

As the basic eligibility needed for the program is bachelor degree in any stream with good marks from any recognized university so if you get required percentage in BSC and satisfy the eligibility criteria of the institute from where you want to do the program then definitely you can apply for the program.
