The NCAOR (Nevada County Association of Realtors) MLS was 1st arranged through a group of local real estate agents in the year of 1935 whose intent was to offer a resource and chance for real estate brokers to function as a collective group of professionals with the aim of providing customers and their families the highest stage of professional real estate service.

NCAOR became related with the California Association of Realtors on 17/04/1936 and later the National Association of Realtors in the year of 1948.
