YCMOU KT form FYBCOM

I am student of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University I am failed in 4 subject in FYBCOM. Can I Allowed to keep terms (ATKT) in second year of B.Com at YCMOU or I should wait till I have not clear the all subjects of first year?

I m priti I have ATKT in sybcom in 2006 & I take admission for
