As you want to get the details of admission process to get admission in Xavier School of Management in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (BM) so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline with at least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience

Candidate may choose to apply through XAT 2015 or GMAT score

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Candidates can apply for more than one programme

Those who apply for multiple programmes may be called for multiple interviews and/or group discussions.

Stage 1: Applying through GMAT/XAT
Prerequisites for GMAT Applicants:
Candidates must give GMAT before 2 years of admission year and pay a fee of Rs 1500/- through cash/online/demand draft/banker's cheque (US$ 75 for NRI applicants) in favor of " XLRI Programmes" payable at Jamshedpur.

Stage 2: Shortlist of Candidates
The names of the GMAT candidates will be shortlisted by the mid of January of every year

Stage 3: Interview Process:
Candidates who are qualifies and shortlisted will be called for the interview in the mid of January of every year in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Jamshedpur only.

Stage 4: Result Announcement:
The short listed candidates will be announced via email along with an offer letter for XLRI-PGDM (GMP) by end of February or 1st week of March
