XISS Ranchi was founded in the year 1955 as an extension of St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi.

It is one of the Xavier Association Management Institutes . It is approved by AICTE.
Ranchi has announced the admissions of its PGDM programmes.

Seats:
Finance - 60
Information Technology - 60
Human Resource Management - 75
Rural Management - 75
Marketing – 60

50% seats are reserved for SC/ST and Christian applicants

Eligibility:
Applicants should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks for General category candidates and 50% for SC and ST applicants

Final year applicants can also apply.

Selection Procedure:
Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the scores of CAT , XAT and CMAT . The shortlisted applicants will have to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.

The selection criteria and their weights are as follows:
MBA Entrance Exam Score 50%
Past Academic Record 10%
Group Discussion 15%
Personal Interview 25%
