Xavier University is a private, Catholic university run by the Society of Jesus in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. It was established on June 7, 1933.

Law Admissions Requirements-

Bachelor’s degree and must have earned eighteen (18) units in English, six (6) units of Mathematics, and eighteen (18) units of Social Sciences.

II. Law Qualifying Test

Testing fee of Ps 300.00 [pay at the Finance Office]

1 pc 1x1 ID picture
2 pcs. Pencils

Transcript of record [authenticated copy]

Examination dates: (Every Thursday of the month of May at 7:15 am)

Venue: Testing Center, Xavier University

Result of the qualifying test will be available a week after the scheduled exam.

Percentile rank eligible for an oral interview is 60%

III Requirements Afer Passing The Qualifying Exam

Authenticated copy of the transcript of record -

S.O. number and date of issuance should be indicated in the transcript of record,

Two (2) Academic endorsement letters

One (1) Personal endorsement letter

Two (2) photocopies of birth certificate (NSO)

Honorable Dismissal

Recommendation letter for the Director of Student Affairs from last school attended – [for Transferees only]

Certificate for Preliminary Law Course (C-1) – [ for Transferees only]

Three (3) photocopies of marriage contract for married women
2 pcs of 2x2 ID pictures
