As per your concern I will get details of Central University of Jammu, Central University Common Entrance Test so that you can get idea.

Exam pattern
All questions will be of MCQ in English language and each paper will be of 2 hour duration.

There will be two parts in this exam for all besides the general exam like MBA and MCA.

Paper one will comprise in 25 questions on aptitude test and paper 2 will comprise in 75 questions based on core subject.

Paper for general courses will comprise in 100 questions based on general awareness, analytical skills, interpretations and numerical ability, reasoning and English language. No negative marking is there.

Eligibility
Candidates who apply for CUCET 2017 UG courses have to pass their 10+2 or higher secondary from the relevant disciplines with 50% of aggregate marks from recognized educational boards.

Applicants for CUCET 2017 PG courses are required to pass bachelor’s degree or graduation or equivalent examination in 10+2+3 format in relevant course and discipline for which they apply.

If candidates wish to get admissions through CUCET in a university of their interest, then they have to satisfy eligibility criteria of that university.

Candidates need to be Indian citizens only with local or non-local status.

Candidates appearing for final year examination can also apply for CUCET but have to produce their graduation passing certificate in the counselling

Fee structure

The fee for CUCET for different categories of the candidates would be as follows, which shall be payable in CUCET account:

For General/ OBC Candidates: Rs.700/- + Bank Commission Rs.50/- Total Fee to be Paid: Rs.750/-

For SC /ST Candidates: Rs.350/- + Bank Commission Rs.50/- Total Fee to be Paid: Rs.350/-

PwD Candidates: All PWD candidates are exempted from CUCET-2016 fees as per Govt. of India
