Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model
Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes
Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance
Portfolio Management
Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations
Regular review of the case
Inspections / Site visits
Knowledge initiatives
Increase Bank’s visibility in the finance circle / industry sector
Team support
Sector tracking / management presentations

Key Skills:
Qualified CA/MBA, with 4-6 yrs work experience in infrastructure financing (banking / corporate finance / consultancy). Candidates with relevant work experience (project finance/ advisory) only need to apply.
Strong financial concepts and good analytical skills
Attitude and aptitude to learn
An enthusiastic personality and communicator, able to deal with clients, internal teams (credit/legal/compliance)
