The current annual tuition is $38,000. Tuition will be charged on the following basis: Fall tuition $19,000; Spring tuition $19,000. For federal financial aid purposes 20 to 45 hours per semester are considered full time. Registration by telephone or in person obligates candidate for payment of all tuition. If tuition is not paid by the due date, students will be assessed a $50 late fee and be liable for any other sensible collection costs and charges. Supplemental application fee A $50 nonrefundable supplemental application fee is payable upon submission of an application for admission. Please make the fee payment to WCUCOM and note on the check “application fee for WCUCOM.” Acceptance deposit A throwaway seat deposit of $3,000 is to be paid after a student has been accepted to WCUCOM. Those accepted prior to November 15 will have until December 14 Those accepted between November 15 and January 14 will have 30 days Those accepted between January 15 and May 14 will have 14 days Those accepted after May 15 may be asked for an immediate deposit Payment is credited toward the tuition upon matriculation. Tuition refund No part of tuition will be refunded to a student who withdraws for any reason after the third week from the first day of the academic schedule for first year, second year, third year, or fourth year. A request for a tuition refund requires written notification to the Associate Dean, Student Affairs and must be preceded by a written notification of withdrawal from WCUCOM. Both must be received before the close of business during the week in which the refund is requested.
