Here for your reference I am giving you the eligibility criteria of IIT JEE Mains:

JEE Main 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have passed class 12th with minimum of 50% or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination.

Candidates can attempt JEE Main for a maximum of three times.

Candidates date of birth should be on or after October 1, 1989 (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/PwD i.e 1984)
