Both the options MBA or M.Tech offer good placements and stable career with good growth prospects but the decision is depends on you.

MBA is primarily for holding the management skills.
M.Tech offers good opportunities to take the technical qualifications .
M.Tech candidates can get into technical fields as well as academic, research & development areas.

MBA is very much popular course with students IIM’s (Indian Institute of Management) conducts a entrance exams for admission in Indian Top level Institutes which we named as CAT(Common Entrance Test).

MBA covers those Fields:-
Banking
Managements
Finance
Consultancy

M.Tech Cover Those Fields:-
Research
Engineering equipment
Academics
Developments

If you want to go for management then go with MBA, other wise best to do M.Tech.

According to internet survey conducted by M.Tech is better option for you as it provides you specialisation in your field so that there is much more options available for you in job.

Eligibility

You must have completed your graduation degree in engineering.

There is no age limit.

You must qualify in GATE exam.
