A List of Business-Related Courses
Courses on the following list provide helpful background for people who are interested in business careers.
To earn a degree in the College of Liberal Arts students must earn 18 upper division credits (3-5xxx) outside their major. If you are planning to major in one of these areas be sure to consult with the departmental advisor. You may be able to take other business related courses that are not on this list. Also, there may be other courses that cover these same topics that will also fulfill your major requirements. The list includes both courses intended to build specific skills and courses providing theoretical background. Some courses have prerequisites. Please check them carefully. All the courses can be accessed without admission to a particular program.
