Give me the link to get the admission regulations for 3 year UG courses at West Bengal state university

For your help I am uploading a file which contains the admission regulations for Admission to the Three-Year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Honours, General and Major) and B. Mus. (Honours and General) Courses of Studies effective from the Academic Session 2011-2012 at West Bengal state university

Here is some of the content of the file:
Admission Qualifications:

1.A candidate who has passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination is eligible to seek admission to the 1st year of the 3-year B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. (Hons./Genl./Major) or B. Mus. (Hons. And Genl.) Course of studies provided he/she has also passed in English having full marks not being less than 100.

However, no candidate, in general, shall be allowed for admission after a lapse of more than 3 years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination or discontinuation of recognised regular Course of Study after passing the previous qualifying examination. Those desirous to do so may seek permission from the University Authority.

The year of admission shall not be taken into account while calculating 3 years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination.
