Weightage of Written and Interview in IBPS PO

Hello sir I am Angad and I want to apply for IBPS PO Recruitment but before that I want to know about its selection procedure so please tell me what is the weightage of written and interview in IBPS PO??

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducting Common Written Examination (CWE PO/MT) for the recruitment of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee vacancies in Public Sector Banks which will be conducted online. I

The weightage of written and interview in IBPS PO is 80:20
This means that written scores will be prorated as out of 80, and Interview scores out of 20.
The total of the two scores will be taken for final cutoff.

Selection Process:
The IBPS PO/MT selection process will be carried out in three stages, the first one is Preliminary Examination, second stage is Main Examination & third stage is Common Interview conducted by IBPS.

Online Examination:
Examination will be conducted in two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main which consists of objective type questions.
Total marks of the Preliminary exam is 100 and duration is 1 hour
Total marks on Main exam are 200 marks and duration is 2 hours.
There will be Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Common Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the examination for CWE PO/ will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS.
Interviews will be conducted at select centres.
The total marks allotted for Interview are 100.
The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates).
