As on 26 July the application form is not available as the dates for this exam have been passed and here for your reference I am giving you the details of 2015 which can be taken as tentative for the year of 2016:

JECA Exam Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed Bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at the (10+2) or at the Bachelor's level are eligible to take this test.

All those candidates who are appearing at the Bachelor's degree examination in respective year and fulfill the aforementioned criteria are also eligible

JECA Exam Syllabus:
JECA exam consists of the following given topics:-
Reasoning
Problem Solving
Quantitative Comparison
Discrete Quantitative Analysis
Data Interpretation.

JECA Exam Pattern:
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (JECA) is multiple-choice based entrance exam, with negative marking for wrong answers. This two and half hour paper consists of two parts:-

Part - I Aptitude Test 100 marks 1 hour
Part - II Mathematics 100 marks 1-1/2 hours
