Yes after passing 12th with Commerce stream you are eligible to join Indian Army .
Here are two ways to join Indian Army after 10+2

National Defense Academy (NDA) Entry

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should be unmarried citizen of India as per Indian citizenship laws.
Age Limits:

Age of Applicants to enter through NDA is 16 ½ years to 19 ½ years as on the first day of the month in which course is going to start.

Applicants should have passed 12th class as 10 + 2 system or equivalent from recognized board of India.

Selection Procedure:
Applicants have to appear for objective type written exam held at various centers across India.

A cutoff marks decided by commission to shortlist Applicants for next round of SSB Interview.

After successful completion of Services Selection Board (SSB ) Interview, Applicants sent of medical checkup.

A final merit list prepared from these Applicants to enroll them for degree course of National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, Maharashtra.

You can join Indian Army by following three ways .


C.D.S Exam :
This exam will held twice in a year which is conducted by U.P.S.C (Union Public Service Commission).
You can join Indian army through the O.T.A (Officer training academy). for female entry.
>> Age : Your age should be 19 to 25 years.
>> Educational qualification :you should be graduate form a recognized university.


N.C.C (Special ) Entry Women :
>> Age :- Your age should be between 19 to 25 years
>> Educational qualification : You must be Graduate in any Discipline with 50% marks and 2 years Service in N.C.C Senior Div Army with Minimum 'B' grade in 'C' Certificate Exam.


For Engineer Entry through Short service Commission Technical Women
>> Age :- Your age should be 20 to 27 Years
>> Educational qualification : You should be Engineering in notified Discipline from a recognized university.

Following are the ways to join Indian army. Below are the details:
Judge Advocate Entry
If you’re a law graduate with minimum 55% you can apply for the course and you must be around 21-27 years old. The training for the same is provided at Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai and final selection is only through screening of all the entries.
The notification comes out in the month of June/July.
University Entry Scheme
This being a Permanent Commission job, only male candidates are eligible to apply. There are two interview schedules for the entrance. The eligibility criteria for this are a B.Tech degree (the final and pre-final year students can also apply) and the age limit is between 19-25 years.
The notification generally comes out in the month of May.
Special Entries for NCC
Any person between 19-25 years’ age can apply for the same, and the training is generally provided at the OTA.The notification for the same comes around in the months of April and October.
Technical Entrances
If you’re a BE or a holder of a B.Tech degree from any recognized institution or university, you can join Armed Forces in two distinct ways. You can either choose(TGC) Technical Graduate Course (only for male candidates) if your age is between 20-27 years for the Permanent Commission, or else you can go for the Short Service Commission (for male and female candidates both) and age limit for the female candidates is 19-25 years.
For TGC, the notification comes twice a year, in April and October, while for SSC, it comes up in the month of June/July.

Combined Defense Service Examination
The easiest ways to join the Defense Forces after bachelor’s degree is through the UPSC examination —Combined Defense Service Examination. The age is anywhere between 19-24 years and you’ve completed your graduation from a UGC recognized university or institution. The written examination for the same is held twice a year, September/October and February/March for which the notifications are provided in all the leading newspapers and journals.
