You might be apply for UPSC CSP exam from UPSC official website, but right now the dates has gone so you can not get application .

Eligibility Criteria:
The applicant should have graduation degree or equivalent from a recognized university to qualify for the application process.

The age limit for the candidates from the general category is 21-30 years, OBC category is 21-33 years and SC/ST category is 21-35 years.
