The International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad is an Information technology research university based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

It was the first autonomous private institute of its kind to be established in 1997.

About M.Tech Programme in VLSI and Embedded Systems:

This is a 2-year graduate program which involves three semesters of intense coursework and a final semester project

Duration:

The program consists of 3 semesters of course work followed by internship in industry for about 6 - 8 months.

Eligibility:

B.Tech / B.E (ECE)

Admission Process:

You will have to appear for an entrance examination after which the short listed candidates have to appear for an interview for final selection for admission into the program.
