Effects of turbo yeast to fruit ferments


• Yield up to twice the natural fermentation, or by using wine yeast

• A stronger smell and taste of the product

• Fermentation dry (no residual sugar)

• Preventing corrupt leaven

• Quick and clean fermentation process

Procedure for 100 liters of fruit mash, using turbo yeast


1. Preparing fruits:
Fruit should be cleaned and any moldy parts should be removed.

2. Enzymes:
Using enzymes that decompose cellulose and ferment fruit will be better prokvášet. Enzymes within the fruit / fruit hard applied before adding turbo yeast

Turbo yeast 18-20%: 100 liters of fruit mash is needed to package one turbo yeast and adding 4-6 kg sugar.

Extreme Coobra 48 14 - 21%, Black Bull 14 to 18%, yeast turbo 18-20% Pot Distillers 18%, small amount 25 liters

Yeast for fruit brandies from 20 to 25 liters of 18%

Turbo yeast 14-16%: 100 liters of fruit mash is needed to package one turbo yeast and adding 2-4 kg sugar.

Coobra 6 magnum 16%, Black Label 14%
