Master of Human Resource Development


The course on Master of Human Resource Development (commenced in the year 1995-96) recognizes the over-powering need of a manager of the human forces, someone to be a liaison between the employees and the management. The Human Resources (HR) function provides significant support and advice to line management, though HR function itself is now getting recognition as a line function.

Eligibility: Any Graduate with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.

Duration of the Programme: The MA(HRD) course is two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree course leading to Master Degree in Human Resource Development.

Medium of Instruction: English


Admission Procedure: The candidates should submit an application for admission in prescribed form attached with this prospectus duly filled in within stipulated time period with all necessary documents. The candidate will have to present the following documents at the time of counseling.
