VBV Registration Citibank India

Hi today I got my Credit Card of Citibank India and someone told me to register it with Verified by Visa (VBV). Would you please tell me how to register my credit card verified by Visa or Master Card in India? Please provide me an online process for Registration of Credit Card for Online Transaction by Visa.
