USMLE or AIIMS

I have cleared USMLE as well AIIMS and getting the call from both the places. Now I am in confused situation that which one is good for my career. I stay in Delhi and AIIMS seeks to be very easy for me but credential of USMLE is very good. Pls guide. Me
