Hey ,there is an simple process to get result of UP State Entrance Examination - (UPSEE) for admission in B.Tech course. Go to the website of UP State Entrance Examination.  Here at left side of page you get online services section . When result of UPSEE BTech entrance exam will uploaded a link will given here . You have to do click on that link . You will move to next page there enter required detail and get result of exam .
