For UPSC civil service exam the candidate must satisfy the following eligibility criteria.

Nationality:
The candidate must be a citizen of India a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan, or Tibetan refugee or a person of Indian Origin.

Age :
The age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years.

Educational Qualification:
The candidate must hold the graduation degree from any recognized university of India.
