UPSC IES ISS Exam
Here I wish to fight Union Public Service Commission’s IES and ISS exam so give me some info about these exams what is eligibility criteria for exam, paper pattern, & important dates.

Here is some information about UPSC IES / ISS exam. Eligibility: For IES: Post graduate degree from a recognized university in Economics. For ISS: Post grade degree from an Indian university in Statistics. Important Dates The Last date for receipt of applications by hand or September 17, 2012 by post/speed post or by courier: The Date of examination: December 1, 2012. IES/ISS 2012 Paper Pattern The examination divided into 2 sections. -One includes written examination, -Two includes interview for personality test. The IES and ISS examination will have 1000 marks each. |

As per your request, I am going to tell you about the Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Eligibility for IES/ISS (a) A citizen of India, or (b) a subject of Nepal, or (c) a subject of Bhutan, or (d) a Tibetan refugee. or (e) a person of Indian origin Age Criteria: Age of the candidate should be between 21 years to 30 years while 5 years and 3 years age relaxations given to SC/ST categories. Education Criteria: For IES Candidate should have post-graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics form recognized university. For ISS: Candidate should have post-Graduate degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics form recognized university. Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidate depends on followings. Part I. Written examination Part II.
