The UPSC CPF AC examination was given in 09-10-2011 and the examination notification was provided in the official website on 18-06-2011. You could apply till 18-07-2011. Since the dates got expired you cannot apply for the examination.

There is recruitment given by UPSC for Central Armed Police Force AC. The notification was provided in the UPSC website on 28-07-2012. You can apply till 28-08-2012. The examination will scheduled on 11-11-2012. the admit card for the exam will be scheduled in the month of October. I am giving the recruitment notification for you. Download and use it.
