Combined Defence Services Exam is conducted by the UPSC two times in a year.

The exam includes 3 basic subjects English, General Knowledge and Mathematics.

General Knowledge
General Knowledge question paper includes knowledge of current topics and of matters of every day.
The applicant should have knowledge of History of India and Geographical issues without any specific study.
The applicants must be able to answer these general knowledge questions to pass this test.
